How to use:
1.Surface treatment: Do coarsening treatment on the pending-repair area,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc.(sand blasting
will get the best result), the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned by cleaning agent,and then dry it by airing,the surface
after this treatment should be the one coarsening,clean,dry and fresh substrates.

2.Preparation: Make A and B two components of BD7024 mining use slurry pump wear resistant coating epoxy compound repair
material mix uniformly according to the weight ratio A:B=5:1(when the temperature is low,the viscosity of BD7024 is high,not easy
to mix uniformly,need to heat up the A and B components separately first and then mix them uniformly.

3.Coating:the suitable coating thickness of BD7024 is 4~20mm,make the well mixed material blade coating on the metal substrates repeatedly,
make the base material wet up the substrates,then make the well mixed material press repeatedly and be coating on the pending-repair part,
when the coating is coated in the required size,flap it to be compacted first,then blade coating it to make the surface be smooth along the
single direction,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness during repairing,in order to avoid appearing interference phenomenon
in the assembly.

4.Curing:Place it for 8 hours for initial curing at the temperature of 25 degree,heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree slowly and
keep this temperature for 2 hours,then heat it up to the temperature of 120 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours,cool it down
to the room temperature slowly.
